Founded in 2008, we are dedicated to providing an environment for positive change through working with horses. We work with therapists to provide services for families, individuals and even team building experiences for corporations. We are striving to build relationships to expand our program to work with local schools, hospitals, churches, residential programs, and alcohol and drug treatment programs.
Equine Assisted Psychotherapy, Equine Assisted Learning, and Team Building services are the essence of Dependent Ranch. We also offer the facility for corporate workshops/seminars, and offer faith-based activities for your group. Certified by EAGALA, the Equine Assisted Growth and Learning Association, our facilitators consist of a team of licensed therapists and equine professionals (who are experienced in horse behavior and safety) and of course, the horses. Being a member of EAGALA allows our clients to be confident their treatment is being given by professionals, who are held to ethical standards, who receive continuing education, and are held accountable by local and State licensing Boards. Sessions are individually tailored to meet each individual, family, group or corporation's needs.
These teams partner together during your session to provide the highest standards in safety and treatment for emotional healing. The rural and private Ranch setting make an ideal environment for our clients. The Ranch is also considering other locations to meet the needs of our clients, as well as provide services for residential treatment centers.
